Vous serez responsable de d\u00e9velopper, optimiser et d\u00e9ployer des strat\u00e9gies, des programmes et des initiatives innovantes en mati\u00e8re de ressources humaines.\u00a0 Vous contribuerez \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue des processus et m\u00e9thodes de travail pour toutes les phases de recrutement.\u00a0 Vous agirez comme personne &#8211; ressource aupr\u00e8s des employ\u00e9s relativement \u00e0 leur vie professionnelle et fournirez une expertise en mati\u00e8re de relation de travail et de sant\u00e9 s\u00e9curit\u00e9.\u00a0 Vos activit\u00e9s couvrent les usines de Baie d\u2019Urf\u00e9 et d\u2019Alexandria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #392017; font-size: 1.3em !important;\"><strong>Liste des t\u00e2ches :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration avec le responsable de site de Baie d\u2019Urf\u00e9 et d\u2019Alexandria pour assurer un cycle de recrutement efficace afin de minimiser le temps et les co\u00fbts d\u2019embauche\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper des strat\u00e9gies de recrutement\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tablir un processus rigoureux pour offrir une exp\u00e9rience exceptionnelle aux diff\u00e9rents candidats ainsi qu\u2019eux employ\u00e9s et gestionnaires\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Effectuer l\u2019int\u00e9gration des nouveaux employ\u00e9s incluant les gestionnaires\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>G\u00e9rer et maintenir les donn\u00e9es dans les syst\u00e8mes RH\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>En collaboration avec la DRH, offrir un soutien aux gestionnaires en mati\u00e8re de relations de travail\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Agir comme personne ressource aupr\u00e8s des employ\u00e9s pour toutes questions relatives \u00e0 leur paie, aux assurances et conditions de travail\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Si\u00e9ger au comit\u00e9 SST \/ JHSC et assurer le suivi des objectifs\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>En collaboration avec la DRH, g\u00e9rer les dossiers d\u2019accident de travail, Qu\u00e9bec et Ontario\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Participer \u00e0 implanter l\u2019\u00e9cole La Fourn\u00e9e Dor\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #392017; font-size: 1.3em !important;\"><strong>Qualifications recherch\u00e9es : <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Baccalaur\u00e9at en ressources humaines\/relations industriels ou dans un domaine connexe\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Exp\u00e9rience minimale de deux ans dans un poste de g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste en ressources humaines, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rablement dans un environnement manufacturier;<\/li>\n<li>Bilinguisme parl\u00e9 et \u00e9crit (fran\u00e7ais et anglais);<\/li>\n<li>Rigueur, discr\u00e9tion, et polyvalence;<\/li>\n<li>Autonome, grandes comp\u00e9tences de communication tant verbale qu\u2019\u00e9crite;<\/li>\n<li>Aisance relationnelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Veuillez prendre note que seuls les candidats qui seront retenus pour une entrevue seront contact\u00e9s.
