Au d\u00e9part, tous les clients \u00e9taient servis de porte \u00e0 porte et se voyaient offrir une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de <strong>pain frais et de p\u00e2tisseries<\/strong>. En 1985, une deuxi\u00e8me unit\u00e9 de production a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite \u00e0 <strong>Montr\u00e9al<\/strong> pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande toujours croissante. En 2015, La Boulangerie Lanthier s&rsquo;est diversifi\u00e9e en proposant la production de <strong>d\u00e9licieuses brioches<\/strong>. Plus de 150 personnes ont finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 employ\u00e9es dans la production, les ventes et l&rsquo;administration au fur et \u00e0 mesure du d\u00e9veloppement de la boulangerie.
